Grey Reef Shark (Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos) is a requiem shark and belongs to the family Carcharhinidae.

Size: not exceeding 1.9 m (6.2 ft.)

Depth: 8-60 meter (26-200 ft.)

Habitat: Coral Reefs, continental and insular shelves, drop offs

Diet: Bony fish, cephalopods and crustaceans

Reproduction: Viviparous, gestation period 9-14 months, 1-6 pups

Sexual maturity: around 1.3-1.5 meter (4.3-4.9 ft.); around 7 years of age
